Downing Roofing Ltd will provide you with a complete roof inspection as well as take care of necessary repairs such as replace missing shingles*, repair ridge caps/hip caps, check and seal valleys, and seal around sanitary pipes to ensure your roof stays in good condition and you avoid expensive massive costly repairs and any unexpected inconvenience. This is a small price to pay for the peace of mind you receive in knowing that your roof has been inspected and any deficiencies have been repaired by a professional who has your best interests in mind.
Should a roof not be completed in a day because of inclement weather, Downing Roofing Ltd. will place a note on your front door to keep you the homeowner up to date with respect to work done and work to be completed the next day. This is our way of keeping our customers in the “loop” and is another example of our commitment to service. With the 30-year manufacturers warranty on shingles and our 10-year warranty on labour, the Downing Roofing Ltd’s Roof Problem Prevention & Maintenance Package™ is a solid investment for you the homeowner to make at the fraction of the cost of a new roof.
